Highlights of Luis Guevara’s Expertise and Career Achievements

I’ve been working with Quality Management since 2013 in Vesergen, C.A. in which I was responsible of the progress of the ISO certification. Then I was promoted to Operation Manager to take control of the Supply Chain Process.

One of the most important thing to me when it comes to work is continuous improvement. I am a person that will be 100% focused on improvement. I will always find a solution to the adversities and issues that might present.

In order to achieve my goals, I join two fundamental aspects: Optimization of resources, fast learning. Those will course my action plan in order to succeed. I am a very persistent person, so I will try my best to find the best solution and will offer different ways to comply with activities, however, I am able to recognize when other kind of actions should be taken.

I am always willing to help and have always thought in knowledge management. I work toward personal and groupal growth. I am a very amiable person and will always work for an agreeable workplace.

My main objectives are to work in a company which permits me to grow professionally and to be supporting new ideas and requirements of the company. The sectors in which I’d rather be working in are general services and maintenance (as I’ve got experience in this matter) and programming in c++, also Quality Control System. Nevertheless, I feel capable of working in any area of expertise.
